After a long time of playing Garena Free Fire, my account was suddenly and mysteriously banned. I was unable to access my account, which had been funded with time and money, even though I had never cheated, hacked, or otherwise violated the rules. The fact that I have been unable to locate a trustworthy means of contacting Garena Free Fire's support staff, including their phone number, is the most frustrating aspect. The responses I've gotten from submitting requests via the proper channels have been delayed, useless, and have done nothing to resolve my issue. The players who shell out actual cash for the game appear to be of little concern to them. Please take the time to review my account and remove the ban immediately.
