I Face Freezing and Group Join Error in Free Fire on iPhone 15 Pro
While playing Free Fire on my iPhone 15 Pro, I’ve been experiencing serious lag and an inability to join groups, but only on my own account (ID: 2039002237). On the same device, other accounts work perfectly fine, which shows that the issue is specific to my account. The problem started today, right after I was removed from a group.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, as well as logging out and back into my account, but the issue persists. So far, I haven’t lost any payments or in-game items, but I’m unable to join groups, and the game keeps freezing during play.
I request an urgent technical investigation and resolution of this issue so that my account can function normally again.
