WePlay Gave Me a 720-Hour Ban Even Though I Didn’t Break Any Rules

Today, my WePlay account received a 720-hour ban even though I did not violate any rules. My player ID number is 402879598. I was simply playing the game normally, and despite not using cheats, exploits, offensive language, or engaging in any inappropriate behavior, my account was suddenly banned without warning.

I believe this situation may have been caused by a system error or an incorrect detection by the platform. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the 720-hour suspension, which I believe was unfairly applied, be removed.

So far, I have not contacted customer service or the in-game support team regarding this issue. Through this complaint, I specifically request that the account associated with ID number 402879598 be reviewed again and that I be informed about the outcome as soon as possible.
