WePlay Banned My Girlfriend’s Account Without Any Explanation

While my girlfriend was playing a game on the WePlay application, her account was suddenly banned today around 8:00 AM without any explanation being provided. The screen only displays a message stating that the account has been banned, but there is no reason, detail, or additional information shown.

She did not engage in any behavior that violated the game’s rules, did not use cheats, and did not do anything that would break the community guidelines. Despite this, receiving no explanation other than the phrase “account banned” is both confusing and extremely frustrating.

I request that WePlay review the account registered under ID number 979729910 again, clearly explain why this ban was applied, and remove the restriction if it was issued unfairly.
