WePlay Support Ignored My Appeal After My Account Was Suspended
My WePlay account, which I use on Android, was unfairly banned approximately five months ago. My account ID number is 92602952. Whenever I try to log into the game, I receive a warning message stating: “Your account violates the rights of others.”
However, I have never used cheats, profanity, insults, spam, or engaged in any behavior that would violate the rights of other users. For this reason, I believe the penalty applied to my account was incorrect and unfair. After the ban, I contacted the WePlay support team and submitted an appeal, but I have still not received any response or follow-up to this day.
I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the ban, which I strongly believe was issued unfairly, be removed. I also kindly ask for a clear and informative explanation regarding this matter.
