I Cannot Unsubscribe From Free Fire Due to Missing OTP Code

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Garena Free Fire account linked to the email address shlok9507si***@gmail.com. On March 21, I attempted to unsubscribe from the service, and as part of the process, I was supposed to receive an OTP on my Android phone. However, the OTP never arrived.

Since that date, I have tried multiple times to request the OTP again, but I still have not received any verification code. Because of this failed OTP process, my account status has been affected, and I am now unable to manage my account properly. As a result, I want my account to be re-subscribed and fully reactivated so I can continue using it without issues.

I kindly request that my Free Fire account associated with shlok9507si***@gmail.com be re-subscribed and restored as soon as possible. I also ask that the OTP issue on my Android device be thoroughly investigated and resolved so that I can receive verification codes normally in the future. I expect a prompt resolution so I can regain full access to my account.
