Free Fire Account Stolen, OTP Emails Not Received - Unable To Secure Account

I am writing to report a serious security issue with my Garena Free Fire account and to request urgent help in restoring the verification code (OTP) delivery to my email so I can recover and secure my account. My Free Fire account was stolen, and since then, the person who took it has started the process of unlinking my email from the account, which is a common step when an account is compromised. I have evidence that this person managed to obtain the email unlinking code. My account ID is 1532634903 and the email registered to it is [email protected]. The problem started on Sunday, January 18th, and since then I have not been receiving any OTP codes by email, even though I still have time within the unlinking period to try to stop this from happening. My only request is that the OTP verification codes resume arriving at my email address so that I can recover and secure my account in my name again. I am not receiving any code, which prevents me from taking any action to protect the account. I have already contacted Garena Free Fire support several times about this issue, but I always receive the same generic response, asking me to check my internet connection, the spam folder, and whether the email is correct. I have checked all of this repeatedly, and everything is in order; I simply do not receive the OTP emails. Because of this, I feel helpless and without an effective channel to resolve the situation, even though the account is still within the unlinking period. I kindly ask that my case be analyzed in detail, that the OTP sending to my email be restored, and that my account be secured in my name again.
