Free Fire OTP Not Sending to Recovery Email

I am a Garena Free Fire user and I am currently unable to receive the OTP on my recovery email address, msk980***@gmail.com. For the past seven days, I have been repeatedly trying to receive the OTP on this recovery email in order to access my account, but no verification code has been delivered.
Because the OTP is not arriving, I am unable to complete the account recovery process and cannot use my Free Fire account properly. I have attempted to contact customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any effective assistance or resolution.
I request that my recovery email address be checked and verified and that the OTP be sent correctly to msk980***@gmail.com so that I can securely recover and regain access to my Free Fire account.
