Garena Needs To Help Recover My Hacked Free Fire ID

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Free Fire account, which was hacked and taken away from me. My Free Fire ID was connected to Facebook, and I have now lost access both to the linked Facebook account and to my Free Fire account itself.

This was my main Free Fire account, where I had invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money over the years. I had progressed to approximately level 58, accumulated around 2,700 to 900 likes, and invested heavily in diamonds and top-ups ranging between 2000 and 8000 over time.

I discovered that my account had been hacked and that I could no longer access it sometime between 2022 and 2026. Since then, I have been completely locked out and unable to recover the account. Because I no longer have access to the connected Facebook profile, the recovery process has become even more difficult for me.

I have not yet received any support regarding this issue because I had not previously contacted Garena support, and until now I have not been able to find a proper solution for recovering my account.

My request is very clear: I want my old Free Fire ID to be recovered and returned to me in the current version of the game, or for every possible recovery step to be taken to restore my account, progress, and purchased items.
