Garena Ignored My Appeals After Banning My Free Fire Account
While playing Garena Free Fire normally on my Redmi Note 10 device, my account was unfairly and permanently banned about 25 days ago. Even though I did not use any cheat software, third-party programs, VPNs, or anything similar, my access to the account was blocked. Over the years, I invested a great deal of time and effort into this account and spent approximately $1,150–$2,300 on in-game content such as diamonds, costumes, and other items.
The fact that my account was permanently banned without any valid reason has caused me serious financial and emotional harm. I contacted Garena by submitting a support ticket and sending emails, but so far I have received no response at all. Not being given any explanation for the ban and having my appeals ignored is unacceptable.
I demand that my account, which was unfairly banned, be reinstated. If the account will not be reopened, I request a full refund of all in-game purchases I made. I ask that this issue be properly investigated and that I be given a clear and detailed response.
