Free Fire Ban Appeal After No Cheat Usage
In the Garena Free Fire game, my account with ID 2050623321 was suddenly banned on April 23, 2025. When I tried to log in, I saw that my account had been permanently closed due to alleged cheat usage. However, I have spent approximately $345 USD on this game so far and invested a significant amount of time and effort to reach my current level. Considering how much time and money I have invested, it makes no sense for me to knowingly use cheats, which is why I believe this ban decision is incorrect.
I have not previously submitted an appeal or support request. With this complaint, I am asking that my account be reviewed again, and if I was banned unfairly, that my account be fully reinstated. I want my access to be restored and my time and effort not to go to waste.
