Garena Free Fire Suspended My Account Without Reason and Won’t Respond to My Feedback

I’m incredibly disappointed with Garena Free Fire. My account had previously been flagged for “suspicious activity,” even though I never broke any rules. Then, on April 30, 2025, without doing anything unusual or violating any terms, my account was suddenly suspended.

I followed all the steps to submit the necessary feedback and explanations to appeal this suspension. But I still haven’t received any response or update. It feels like I’m being completely ignored. I’ve spent years on this account and invested both time and money into it—and now it’s just gone, with no clear reason and no way to fix it.

Garena, you need to review my case properly, provide an explanation, and reinstate my account if no actual wrongdoing was found. Ignoring loyal players like this is unacceptable. Please take action and fix this now.
