Garena Free Fire servers have been down for hours and I can't play ranked—how can I fix this?

First, restart the Free Fire app or your phone. Then, try moving between Wi-Fi and mobile data to make sure the problem isn't with your local network.

To keep your progress, make sure your account is safely linked to Facebook, Google, or Apple before clearing the app cache or reinstalling the game if that doesn't work.

Close all apps running in the background, turn off any VPNs or firewalls, and run a speed test. Ranked matches often fail if the ping is unstable or another app is using too many resources.

If the issues keep happening, you can get in touch with Garena support through the game's help menu or their website, and be sure to include pictures of any errors.

If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
