Free Fire BR Mode Stuck After Pressing Start on Bluestacks

I want to play Free Fire on my PC using the Bluestacks 5 emulator, but I can’t launch the BR mode. After I click the “Start” button, nothing happens and the game simply doesn’t load — there is no error message at all. I used to play without any issues on my Android device, but ever since switching to PC, this problem keeps happening. I reinstalled both the game and the emulator, but the issue still isn’t resolved. Since my account contains various items and skins, this situation is causing inconvenience.
