Free Fire Ranked Mode Timeout Error - Account Restricted

I am writing regarding a problem with my Free Fire account. Since January 1, I have been unable to play any ranked matches on my account, which is registered under UID 11517133159. Whenever I try to enter ranked mode, I receive a “time out” type of message, and I am not allowed to continue into the game. I am playing Free Fire from Ilorin, Nigeria, and my server region appears as Egypt, Bihera. After this issue started, I contacted Free Fire customer service and reported the restriction, but the problem has still not been resolved and I have not been given a clear explanation about why I cannot play ranked matches. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail and that any wrongful restriction on ranked mode be removed, and my access to ranked matches restored as soon as possible. I would like my account to be reviewed carefully and any error in the restriction process to be corrected.
