Free Fire Ranked Mode Won’t Start and I Can’t Join a Squad
I have been playing Free Fire for about 7 years. Since February 1, 2026, I’ve been experiencing a serious problem with my account. I can’t join squads/groups and I can’t start matches, so I haven’t been able to grind Rank for days. I can play normal game modes, but this problem in the group and Ranked section keeps happening and hasn’t improved at all.
I play the game on an Android Redmi X13 device. My player ID is 1047298493. Even though I reported the issue through the game and the support section, I have not received any explanation or response. I don’t know what the problem is, what’s causing it, or how long it will last. Because of this, I haven’t been able to play properly for days, and I’m feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I am requesting that this issue on my long-standing account be investigated in detail and fixed as soon as possible, that my account be restored so I can join groups and participate in Ranked matches again, and that I receive a clear and direct explanation about what happened.
