Free Fire Ranked Mode Bug – Losing Points Despite Getting Kills

For about a week now, I’ve been experiencing a serious point issue in Free Fire’s ranked mode. Even when I get 1 or 2 kills per match, I still lose points every single game, and my rank keeps dropping. This problem happens consistently, and it’s really affecting my enjoyment of the game.

My player ID is 5312421090. I play the game on an Android device and use the latest version. I haven’t contacted customer support about this issue yet. During this time, I also made a few in-game purchases, but I don’t remember the exact dates or amounts.

I’m requesting that this point deduction issue be investigated and fixed as soon as possible, and that my lost points be restored to resolve my frustration.
