Free Fire Error “Failed to Retrieve Version Config” Blocks Game Access

I am facing a serious issue with Free Fire on my Oppo F19 Pro+ device. Since 8:18 p.m. on February 8, the game has not been opening and repeatedly shows the error message “Failed to retrieve version config: 2.” Because of this error, I am completely unable to access the game. I have already tried all basic troubleshooting steps on my end, including restarting my device, updating and reinstalling the game, and checking my internet connection, but the problem continues exactly the same. I have also made recent in-game purchases, and I am worried about my account progress and the money I have spent, since I cannot log in or use the content I paid for. I request that this error be fixed as soon as possible so that I can open and play the game again without any issues, and that my account and all of my purchases remain safe and accessible.
