I log in to Garena Free Fire on my Android device with my Google account. This morning everything was normal, but about three hours later, when I tried to log back in, I was hit with an “account not found” error and the game opened as if it were brand new—my progress was wiped. My in-game username is ♛ali 01♛. I had previously purchased this account and also bought ₺250 worth of diamonds, which are now inaccessible along with all my items and history.
I did not update my device, switch phones, or attempt to log in from any other device. I’m currently in Mersin Yenişehir, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this problem. I have not received any warnings, bans, or violation notices. My Gmail is h********@gmail.com** for verification.
I request that Garena urgently restore my original Free Fire account and recover all my progress and purchases. Please investigate the “account not found” issue and fix it so players don’t lose access to paid content and years of gameplay.
