Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, my Free Fire account with UID 3039679727, in-game name shownomii, was stolen about one month ago. After recovering the account through Facebook, I discovered that it had been banned due to actions taken by the unauthorized user who accessed my account. I have been playing legitimately since 2025, have never used cheats or third-party tools, and have made regular in-game purchases on this account. I strongly believe that the ban was applied because of the hacker’s actions, not mine. I can provide purchase records and any other proof if needed.
