Garena Free Fire Account Suspended Without Reason

Hi there! So apparently my account got suspended for a couple of days. Can you believe that? Couldn't play EC ranked and Br ranked games. What a bummer! So, get this. After the ban got lifted, my rank in both EC ranked and Br ranked games just magically plummeted to bronze. Like, what the heck happened? Hey, I could really use some help with this problem. Hey, I could really use some help here. If I don't get any assistance, I might just end up deleting the game. Can you please take a look at this complaint?
