My Free Fire account was banned for 2 days, and my rank suddenly dropped to Bronze. I have never violated any rules, so I have no idea why this happened. While playing, my rank unexpectedly reset, and now I can't join any teams or matches.

I need urgent assistance from the support team to fix this issue and restore my rank. This ban is completely unjustified, and I would like a clear explanation of why my account was affected.

My player ID is 1572704798. Please investigate and resolve this immediately! If anyone else has experienced this, how did you fix it? I am waiting for a response ASAP!
