I Still Can’t Access My Garena Free Fire Account After Temporary Ban Was Lifted

Hello, I recently received a 6-day access restriction on my Garena Free Fire account. That restriction has now officially ended, but it's been over two weeks, and I still cannot access modes like E, BR, or team play.

Despite the ban being lifted, my account remains locked out of key features, and I’ve received no updates or support explaining why. I’ve spent time and effort building this account, and now I’m deeply worried about losing it permanently even though I’ve served the penalty already.

Please, Garena support—I need urgent help. I don’t want to lose access to my account for something that should have already been resolved. Restore my gameplay access immediately and review my case fairly. Thank you in advance.
