For the past two days, I have been experiencing a recurring issue in Free Fire. Every time I try to join a team or group, I receive the warning: “This team contains players under review for suspicious activity.” Because of this, I am completely unable to join any groups.
What makes the situation more frustrating is that I have not received any notification of a ban, suspension, or restriction on my account. My Free Fire user ID is 296653228. This problem appeared suddenly and has continued nonstop since then. I have not yet contacted customer support, but I am raising this complaint because the restriction makes it impossible for me to fully participate in the game.
I request that Garena investigate my account immediately and clarify why this restriction has been applied. If there is no actual violation, I expect the limitation to be lifted without delay so I can resume playing normally. Free Fire should also ensure that players receive clear communication and transparency about such restrictions to avoid unnecessary confusion and frustration.
