Free Fire Won’t Let Me Join Teams After Match

I am a Garena Free Fire player, and after joining a match through automatic matchmaking, I began experiencing a serious issue. After the match I played on February 14 ended, I was no longer able to join teams or rooms. I can currently log into my account and access the game, but I cannot create a team, join a team, or enter any rooms.
I am using an Oppo Reno 11 device, and I have never experienced this type of issue in the game before. There is also no in-game support menu available, so I could not find a direct way to report the problem. The issue has been ongoing continuously since February 14.
I believe this situation is due to a technical error. I request that my account and match history be reviewed, that any restriction or system-related error applied to my account be identified and removed, and that the necessary technical checks be conducted so I can rejoin teams and rooms without any issues.
