I have been playing Free Fire for about five years, and I use an Oppo K12 5G device. For the past two days, I have not been able to play the game properly, and I am extremely upset about this situation. I have not violated any rules or done anything wrong with my account, yet I am experiencing serious issues when trying to start matches or play with my friends.
When I open Free Fire, the game loads normally. However, when I press the start button to enter a match, a countdown begins and continues for about 100–200 seconds. After that, the game suddenly crashes. The same issue happens when I try to join my friends. When I receive and accept a squad invitation, the game crashes again, preventing me from playing with them.
This problem has been happening continuously for two days, and I cannot use my account normally. I contacted customer support yesterday, but the issue has not been resolved, and I have not received any effective solution.
My Free Fire account is very important to me. Over the past five years, I have spent approximately ₹23,000 on this ID. I come from a financially struggling family, so both the financial investment and my inability to play are affecting me deeply.
I respectfully request that Garena urgently review my account and device compatibility, fix this technical issue as soon as possible, and ensure that my five-year-old Free Fire account functions properly again so that I can join matches and play with my friends without the game crashing.
