Free Fire Voice Chat Banned Despite 100 Honor Score

On February 11, 2026, while playing a normal Battle Royale match, my Free Fire account (ID: 6863350**) was permanently voice banned without any reason. I was only using the microphone for normal communication and did not use any insults, profanity, or engage in behavior that would disturb other players. My honor score is also 100, yet my account has received an indefinite voice restriction.

I believe this penalty was applied in error, and I request that the voice ban on my account be reviewed and removed. I want this unjust voice restriction corrected so I can use voice communication again.
