Requesting Removal of Wrongfully Issued Voice Ban in Free Fire

Today, my Free Fire account with ID 678669009 received a 3-day voice ban even though I did not use any insults or abusive language. When I logged into the game, it said the penalty was given for swearing, but I do not believe I did anything that would justify such a punishment.

Because of this voice ban, I can no longer communicate with my friends and teammates in the game, which seriously hurts my gameplay experience. Receiving this penalty without any prior warning or clear explanation has left me feeling unfairly treated.

I request that the 3-day voice ban on my account be reviewed and that this penalty—which I believe to be unjust—be lifted.
