Free Fire Recovery Codes Not Working After Subscription Cancellation

I am a Free Fire player in Brazil on an Android device, and I am having serious difficulty recovering my account because of a mistake with my subscription. On 04/05/2026, I accidentally canceled the Free Fire subscription/registration that is required for me to receive important recovery codes, and since then I have been unable to receive these codes and access my account properly. After this happened, I contacted Garena/Free Fire support to ask for help, but I have not received any response so far. I also tried to solve the problem on my own, but nothing worked, and I still do not receive the necessary codes to recover my access. I kindly request that my Free Fire subscriptions be reactivated and, if possible, that new recovery codes be sent to me so that I can regain full access to my account and continue using the services I had before this accidental cancellation.

I am not satisfied because my problem has not been resolved, and I am no longer receiving the code in my email.
