Free Fire Created a New Account Instead of Opening My Original Profile
I am a Free Fire player on Android, and I always log in to my account via my Google account. My original Free Fire account had the player ID 10404202530 and the nickname “gujrat gang”. As of yesterday morning, I lost access to this account, and it seems that someone has hacked it. When I log in with the same Google account that I used before, instead of opening my old account with the above UID and nickname, a new Free Fire account is created. I also noticed that my original account was seen online about 59 minutes before I checked, which clearly shows that someone else is currently using it without my permission. I cannot access my old account at all now. I have already tried to contact Garena Free Fire support, but the steps they suggested did not solve the problem, and my account has still not been recovered. In their last reply, they stated that this ID was not bound, but I had always accessed this account through my Google account before it was hacked, so I believe there is an error or unauthorized change in the binding process. I have put time and effort into this account, and I am very upset that it has been taken over by someone else. I kindly request that my original Free Fire account with UID 10404202530 and nickname “gujrat gang” be recovered and bound back to my Google account, and that any unauthorized access be blocked as soon as possible.
