Hello, Garena Free Fire team, I am writing to report an unjust account ban. When I tried to log into my account, I received a message saying my account was permanently banned due to third-party software use. However, I have never used any unauthorized programs, and I strongly believe this ban was caused by a false report.

I have been searching for a solution for a long time, but I have received no help. This is extremely unfair, as I have invested significant time and effort into this game, only to be banned without reason.

I demand a thorough re-evaluation of my account and the removal of this wrongful ban. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I am a legitimate player who has done nothing wrong.

Dear Garena Officials, 2 or 3 years ago, my account named 'SemihEfe8161' was suspended for 'hack usage' without any reason. I think I was banned because I was reported unnecessarily. I have dedicated years to this account, spent my time, so it is very valuable to me. I am currently using another account named 'muazzamustaツ'. I have been using the account for 1 year and it has not been suspended. What I'm saying is, please lift the ban on my first account. If I made a mistake, I apologize, please understand me, my favorite game and my favorite account are being taken away from me. Please lift the ban on the account.
