Free Fire Account Permanently Banned for Abnormal Activities by Mistake

My Free Fire account on Android with UID 4169493431 has been permanently banned for alleged abnormal activities, even though I have never used any hacks, cheats, or third‑party applications and have not violated the game rules. I have invested a lot of time and effort to reach a high level and I enjoy this game very much, so this ban feels unfair to me and I believe it may be a mistake. I had already contacted Garena support about this issue and I received a response stating that the problem was solved, but my account is still banned and I cannot access it. Because of this contradiction, I am very confused and disappointed.
