Recently, a person I considered a game friend hacked my account by changing both the password and the Gmail address linked to it, so I completely lost access to my account. After losing access, I contacted Free Fire/Garena customer support and explained that my account had been taken over and the login information had been changed without my permission. However, I did not receive any effective help or solution, and my account is still out of my control. I request that my original Free Fire account be recovered and returned to me as soon as possible, and that the unauthorized changes to the password and Gmail be reversed.
