I Met All Requirements but Garanti BBVA Didn’t Credit My ₺500 Campaign Bonus
I participated in a special promotional campaign by Garanti BBVA designed for former payroll customers. According to the campaign details, I needed to complete three specific tasks within June: transfer at least ₺5,000, spend ₺1,000 using my credit card, and set up one automatic payment order. I successfully met all these conditions, yet the promised ₺500 bonus has not been credited to my account.
After completing the requirements, I contacted the bank and submitted a formal complaint. However, it's been 16 days, and I still haven't received any updates or resolutions. The delay and lack of communication have caused unnecessary frustration and disappointment. I fulfilled every obligation outlined in the campaign, and I expect Garanti BBVA to load my ₺500 bonus to my account without further delay. Additionally, I ask for a clear explanation so that such issues don’t happen again. It’s unacceptable for a well-established bank to treat its customers this way.
