Garanti BBVA Bonus Expired - Request To Restore Campaign Reward
I participated in the Garanti BBVA Bonus campaign offering “₺1,500 Bonus for ₺1,500 spending,” and the ₺1,500 bonus I earned was loaded onto my card. However, I overlooked the fact that the bonus had a 30-day usage period due to my busy schedule. During those 30 days, I was caring for a relative in the hospital and then dealing with funeral arrangements, so I completely forgot to use the bonus. When I checked one day before the deadline, I realized that the ₺1,500 bonus had been taken back. I contacted Garanti BBVA customer service, but I was told that the bonus could not be reloaded because the usage period had expired. What I experienced was entirely due to an extraordinary and very human situation, and as a result, I was unable to use my campaign benefit. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved and that the ₺1,500 bonus I earned through the campaign be reloaded onto my credit card.
