I Get Charged for Transfers Despite Using My Salary Account

31

Even though Garanti Bank is where my salary gets deposited, I still face transfer fees for transactions made during regular weekday hours from 09:00 to 16:00. This is completely confusing to me. As a paying customer, I don't understand why I'm being billed for something that should be included as a standard service. It completely undermines the reason for having a salary account. What frustrates me even more is that Ziraat Bank, which often faces criticism, doesn’t charge any fees to its salary customers for these types of transactions. I feel deceived and honestly somewhat exploited. I selected Garanti with the expectation of enjoying specific advantages, but this experience has left me reconsidering that choice. I truly hope they take a closer look at this practice and make the necessary improvements.
