My Loan and Card Requests Get Rejected by Garanti BBVA

I am a salary customer at Garanti Bank. I have 3 loans, 1 overdraft account (KMH), and 1 credit card, all of which I pay regularly and on time. However, the bank offered a loan at a 2.74% interest rate, but that rate was never shown to me. I applied for a debt consolidation loan, but it keeps getting rejected. Yesterday, I requested the closure of my credit card. I also canceled all my automatic bill payment instructions. As the installments of my overdraft account are paid off, I will gradually reduce my advance account limit. I plan to close my 3 existing loans at Garanti Bank by taking out a debt transfer loan from another bank. Despite being a salary customer, my branch has not called or offered any help even once.
