My Loan and Card Requests Get Rejected by Garanti BBVA

I am a salary customer at Garanti Bank. I have 3 loans, 1 overdraft account (KMH), and 1 credit card, all of which I pay... regularly and on time. However, the bank offered a loan at a 2.74% interest rate, but that rate was never shown to me. I applied for a debt consolidation loan, but it keeps gettin
