I Regret Updating Garanti BBVA App Because I Cannot Use My Virtual Card

Garanti Bank has made a very bad update. I deeply regret updating it because now I cannot transfer money to my virtual card, and there is no information about this issue anywhere. It feels like customers were not considered at all when making this change. I also cannot withdraw the money already in the virtual card, which is a huge mistake. The system does not even offer an alternative solution to manage the existing balance. I have no way to retrieve the money inside the virtual card, I cannot load more money onto it, and I cannot use the card. I kindly request a prompt response.
