I Cannot Reach Garanti Bank Customer Service....

I requested a Bonus Flexible card from Garanti Bank. Due to the error in the address given to me by PTT, the card was printed and could not be delivered. I cannot reach the bank in any way because they ask for card information, but I cannot reach the bank because I do not have a card. When I want to use the mobile banking service, I am not given a password there and I receive an ID scanning error. What kind of service approach is this? Why do you make accessing the bank so difficult? Help maintain a 2-day window from the address, whether it is an emergency or not.
