Garanti BBVA Delivered My Credit Card to the Wrong Person Without My Consent

Hello, on April 22, we applied for a credit card from Garanti Bank through my father. I live in Aydın/Söke, while my father lives in Denizli/Pamukkale. Although we requested the card to be sent to Söke, it was delivered to Denizli and handed over to my cousin who lives in a different block, not even at the official residence address. Despite my phone number being registered in the system, the card was given to my cousin without any verification code or approval—just by using my national ID number, and without my consent. When I called the customer service line, the representative said the only solution was to cancel the card and request a new one. If a bank cannot even deliver my card to me securely, how can I trust it to safeguard my money? I want proper communication and full clarification of this issue.
