Garanti BBVA ATM Dispensed Unusable $150 and Won't Accept It Back for Deposit

Today, I took out $250 from the Garanti BBVA ATM near Gülhane Park, but three of the $50 bills—adding up to $150—were in such bad shape that I couldn't really use them. The bills were so beat up that when I tried to put them back into the same ATM, it turned them away, saying the cash was no good. I can’t believe this happened—how is it possible for an ATM to give out cash but not take it back? This situation is not okay, and I’m asking Garanti BBVA to fix this issue quickly and swap out the worn-out bills for ones that are usable. It's just not fair for customers to get unusable money from a bank's ATM.
