I purchased Valorant E-Pin codes from Gamermarkt through their website (https://www.gamermarkt.com/tr/urunler/valorant-points-tr), but my codes were never delivered. Despite waiting, I have received nothing, and there has been no update on my order status.

When I reached out to live support, all I got were automated bot responses, with no real assistance. I also submitted a support ticket, but there has been no response. This delay is completely unacceptable.

Gamermarkt, I demand that you either deliver my codes immediately or issue a full refund. Customers should not have to chase after their purchases like this. Fix this now!
