I Report That My E-Pin Order Was Never Delivered by Pinerya
On September 13, I placed order #8445 on Pinerya for League of Legends and Valorant Points E-Pin. I paid via bank transfer the same day at 15:22, and my order was marked as accepted around 00:22 that night. However, even after several days, I have not received my code.
In the past, my orders from Pinerya were always delayed (sometimes 10–11 hours or even the next day), but at least they were delivered. This time, no delivery has been made at all.
I tried multiple times to contact Pinerya through WhatsApp and email (y********@gmail.com), and I even submitted a support ticket, but I never got any reply. I paid 235 TL and was left completely without the product I purchased.
I request that my code be delivered to me immediately.
