Gamermarkt Seller Took Back My Valorant Account—Still No Refund After Months
I bought a Valorant account from Gamermarkt on September 22, and on February 27, the account was taken back by the original seller. I’ve opened support tickets, explained the situation in full detail multiple times, and even tracked down the seller’s full name and IBAN—yet I’m still being ignored.
Despite months of waiting, Gamermarkt has provided neither a refund nor a proper explanation. The account alone cost me ₺2500, and I also invested another ₺3000 into in-game purchases. I’ve provided every possible piece of evidence, but support continues to stall.
I’m incredibly frustrated with this level of negligence. I expect a full refund or the account returned immediately. This kind of unresolved issue makes me question the platform’s reliability and its protection for buyers. I’m filing this complaint because I refuse to be ignored any longer.
