About an hour ago, I purchased a Valorant Points code from the website Elmas Hesap, paying 1000₺ with my credit card (Order No: 35966647). Despite the payment being successfully completed, I have not received the code. It has already been over an hour since the transaction, and there has been no delivery or update.
I tried to contact customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and it has caused me both financial and emotional frustration. As a paying customer, I expect timely delivery of the digital product I purchased.
I request that my Valorant Points code be delivered to me immediately. If the code cannot be provided, then I demand a full refund of the 1000₺ I paid. I urge Elmas Hesap to resolve this matter without further delay and ensure that customers are not left waiting after making payments.
