Gamepower Jin Rainbow Headset Ear Pads Peel Severely Despite Minimal Use

I purchased my Gamepower Jin Rainbow model headset in February 2024 via Trendyol, and I use it only occasionally. However, for about the past 1–2 months, I have been experiencing severe peeling and deterioration on the ear pads. Despite using the product almost only once a week, I did not expect the ear pads to reach this condition in such a short time.

I request that the product be evaluated under warranty and that the ear pads be replaced or, if deemed necessary, the entire product be replaced. I kindly ask that the necessary inspection be conducted to resolve my grievance and that I be contacted with an update.
