Gameplus Steam Charges Me Twice for Auto-Renewed Subscription
Hello there, in January, I bought a 1+1 month package. However, to my surprise, my package got renewed twice without my knowledge, even after I had removed my card details from the system. Just to clarify, I haven't played any games on the system either. I would like to request a refund for these unauthorized payments.

If you are using a recurring package that renews at specific intervals, a refund can only be issued for the first month and only if you have not used the service; refunds cannot be issued for subsequent months even if you have not used the service.
