I Got Charged Twice for E-Football In-Game Items Without My Consent and Can't Get a Refund


I was charged twice for in-game items in an E-Football game—without my knowledge or permission. Two separate purchases were made for different amounts, and I had no involvement in either transaction. I only realized it after checking my account balance and seeing the unauthorized charges.
When I tried to request a refund, the system wouldn’t even allow me to submit the request. It’s outrageous that a major gaming company can allow purchases to go through without confirming them and then refuses to issue refunds when things go wrong.
I demand my money back immediately. This is completely unfair, and I’m extremely disappointed in how this is being handled.
