If GameLoop crashes or won't open, most of the time it's because the GPU drivers are out of date or virtualization is turned off. This is what people often say on the Tencent GameLoop help forums.
Before you start GameLoop again, update your NVIDIA/AMD/Intel graphics drivers and allow VT-x or SVM in BIOS and restart.
Antivirus or Windows security blocking GameLoop services is another common cause, especially on Windows 10 and 11.
Put GameLoop in your antivirus's filters, turn off Core Isolation (Memory Integrity), and run the emulator as an administrator.
If emulator files get messed up, GameLoop won't start, even if it worked before. Uninstall GameLoop completely. Delete any files on your computer named "Tencent" or "Temp." Then, download and install the newest version from the official GameLoop website.
If the problem doesn't go away, you can make a complaint on Xolvie to get it fixed.
